am I?
Hi! I’m The Bookshelf Baker — a hobby baker taking inspiration from the world’s greatest bakers found on my bookshelf. What started as a passion project has risen into a small-batch home bakery, sharing fresh, heartfelt bakes with my local community each week.
The Bakery
A classic slow-fermented white sourdough loaf with a golden crust and soft, tangy interior, baked fresh for everyday comfort. Baked completely by hand, without the use of machine mixers, these true artisan loaves are made over 48 hours.
Hand-rolled, boiled, and baked to perfection for that signature chewy bite and golden crust, bringing a taste of the Big Apple to your home.
Available in four flavours: Sea Salt, Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed and Everything Seasoning.
A classic that can only be described as the Original Sin. Chewy and loaded with rich chocolate chips and topped with sea salt, this chocolate chip cookie is a classic treat.
